Participant minimums and maximums; cancellations and no-shows.

  • Unless stated otherwise, workshops have a minimum required registration of  3. If this number is not achieved by noon of the day before the workshhop is to take place, the workshop will be cancelled and we will refund payments by cash, receivable at the gallery, or by check at the gallery or through the mail. We regret that we cannot refund directly to credit and debit cards at this time.
  • Unless stated otherwise, workshops have a maximum enrollment of 8. This is to ensure adequate individual attention. This is a firm number; we will not have the supplies to accommodate "one more."  We will be disabling enrollment links as soon as we know this maximum has been achieved: in the unfortunate event that someone registers after the maximum has been reached but before the links have been disabled, we will offer 1) first place in the waiting line, and 2) refund by cash or check. Please note, your registration will not be considered complete, and you will not be considered to be part of the roster used to determine whether the workshop is full, until payment is received by the Gallery.
  • Cancellations by no later than noon of the day before the workshop will be fully refunded. No refunds will be granted after that point. No-shows the date of the workshop will not be refunded.
